One of our readers submitted a demand... "how do you get right up early in the morning without reaching the button?"

When reading this request because I can simply connect with this issue, I chuckled. I confess I too am a 'sleep option' fan! I thought by adding my alarm clock over the area I'd developed a remedy to this dilemma. Our logic was that once I was up, I wouldn't wish to get back to bed...WRONG! I hit on the snooze button jump up after which gleefully jump right back into my great warm bed. And, I'll take action more than once! I know it is a crazy pattern. Oh, and by the way, my clock is defined 15minutes in front of the true time in addition!

I decided when the viewer and that I both are fighting this matter, then you'll find other 'snooze button' individuals in our community.

Most of us understand that this is a behavior and habits may be improved - IF we opt to take action. It requires 21 times to alter a routine. Just do we have a pattern from interfering frustrating, or uncomfortable into actually developing a new practice for ourselves? Right feel much better whenever you actually choose to improve and really do it?
